BergerABAM worked with the City of Burien to revise the project scope of work for the reconstruction of Fourth Avenue SW to fit within the financial resources available in the City's budget. This project was coordinated with the State of Washington Transportation Improvement Board to ensure the proposed project scope revisions continue to meet the requirements of the available funding programs.
BergerABAM provided strong funding and public programming expertise, in addition to engineering design services, to ensure a successful outcome for both the owner and the public.
