Heritage Center and Executive Office Building Environmental Impact Statement

Olympia, Washington

The Washington State General Administration Department is proposing to site and construct a 205,000-square-foot Heritage Center and 120,000-square-foot Executive Office Building, including space for a museum, office, archive, and conference uses and associated site work. BergerABAM is preparing the environmental impact statement (EIS) for the project, including overall project management, public involvement, and the draft and final EISs. The site is a prominent location on the Capitol Campus, and the project will be built into a steep bluff above Capitol Lake.
