Union Ridge Mixed-Use Development

BergerABAM worked closely with Colorado's Schuck Corporation and JRC Financial to prepare a master plan for the 350-acre Union Ridge mixed-use development. The project is an integrated complex of office, light industrial, destination retail, commercial, and residential development set in a landscaped campus environment on Interstate 5 in southwest Washington. BergerABAM provided land use planning, regulatory permitting, public agency coordination, natural resource assessment, conceptual landscape design, and public involvement. The master plan identifies compatible land uses, roadway and pedestrian circulation layout, landscaping concepts, and open space preservation within the framework of local and state land use and environmental regulations. BergerABAM also prepared the guidelines for planning and designing future incremental development of individual parcels within the Union Ridge project.
